In modern industrial and domestic hydronic systems, the sphere valve (commonly known as a ball valve) acts as the primary mechanical mechanism regulating pressure, isolating zones, and shutting down flows under critical circumstances. As infrastructure projects require higher degrees of longevity, the requirement for third-party certifications like the European CE Mark becomes paramount. A CE-certified sphere valve signifies strict compliance with European pressure safety regulations under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU.
“For engineering teams and global procurement directors, purchasing uncertified valves represents a significant operational liability. CE marking guarantees the valve’s material traceabilities, pressure boundaries, and wall thicknesses have been verified through rigorous pressure and safety evaluations.”
The global fluid control landscape is undergoing structural transitions. Five major trends dominate high-level commercial specifications:
Enterprise procurement is no longer driven solely by unit cost. Experienced buyers emphasize systemic reliability: total cost of ownership (TCO), continuous delivery channels, structural thickness tolerances, and manufacturer certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). As supply chain unpredictability persists, relying on single-source brokers poses structural risks. Thus, direct strategic relationships with vertically integrated Chinese manufacturers have become the standard risk mitigation method.
Founded in 1996 in Yuhuan, Zhejiang—the renowned "Capital of Valves in China"—Yongda (formerly Yuhuan Yongda Plumbing Co., Ltd.) is a comprehensive manufacturer and exporter. We specialize in product engineering, metallurgical development, automated production, and global commercial trade.
Our core solutions span three key markets: premium brass valves, specialized pipe fittings, and smart HVAC components. Tailored for mid-to-high-end international markets, our products feature robust environmental profiles, making them highly sought after across North America, Europe, and dynamic Asian economies.
Under our premium brand, Cokaren, we pursue the mission "keep flowing, keep warming". We design and deliver sophisticated hydronic control parts that ensure thermal efficiency and fluid safety in residential and commercial spaces globally.
Yongda's 45,000-square-meter facility (expanding to 80,000 usable square meters) represents the transition to Factory 4.0. We utilize specialized multi-axis CNC machine tools, automated hot forging machines, and integrated digital test units to control every stage of manufacturing.
Our quality management strategy adheres to a strict policy: "Fine work, no leakage." To achieve this, every single sphere valve undergoes high-pressure seal testing and low-pressure pneumatic diagnostics prior to packaging. This dual-testing procedure ensures zero-defect delivery, protecting high-value piping systems from pressure drops and micro-leakage risks.
Our operation is fully certified under international frameworks:
These protocols guarantee that every sphere valve we export is manufactured under safe, environmentally sustainable, and traceably documented conditions.
Fluid dynamics vary across applications. We customize our components to match specific operational environments:
Our comprehensive energy distribution layout integrates smart controls, filtration, and flow regulation.

CE Certification ensures the valve complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU). This pressure safety verification guarantees that the valve body design, casting wall thickness, and mechanical thresholds can safely withstand specified operational pressures without bursting or leaking, reducing liability for design engineers and system operators.
We utilize automated testing stations where every valve undergoes both hydraulic shell testing and low-pressure pneumatic seat testing. The seal is monitored for pressure drops over calibrated intervals. Any assembly showing even micro-leakage is rejected, ensuring only 100% defect-free valves reach packaging.
Yongda uses European standard CW617N brass and specialty lead-free or DZR (Dezincification Resistant) alloys. These materials maintain compliance with drinking water regulations in Europe and North America, preventing heavy metals from leaching into water supplies.
Depending on order size and product complexity, standard lead times run between 30 to 45 days. Our 45,000-square-meter facility, equipped with over 600 production and testing units, enables us to fulfill large-scale orders reliably and on schedule.
