Yongda
High-reliability HVAC controls, flow-balancing units, and precision-forged fittings manufactured to global standards.
Yuhuan Yongda Fluid Control Co., Ltd. (formerly Yuhuan Yongda Plumbing Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1996 and is strategically located in the heart of the "China Valve Capital" – Yuhuan, Zhejiang. Over the course of nearly three decades, the company has consolidated its status as a premier, professional plumbing valve enterprise, integrating product design, original development, state-of-the-art production, and global commercialization under one roof.
Yongda's extensive catalog is categorized into three primary pillars: high-grade brass valves, advanced plumbing fittings, and HVAC system technologies. Our core focus centers on mid-to-high-end international market segments, engineering products that prioritize environmental protection, structural durability, and optimal hydronic control. Today, these solutions are widely adopted in key regions such as North America, Western and Northern Europe, and beyond.
Strategic investment in smart manufacturing ensures maximum throughput and tight quality assurance.
Operating with a total factory footprint of 45,000 square meters—translating to a usable space of over 80,000 square meters—our production plant contains more than 600 sets of advanced manufacturing and testing devices, including 80+ dedicated special-purpose CNC machine tools. This capacity enables the fulfillment of complex ODM and OEM requirements for global projects.
To better serve modern high-end architectural systems, the company introduced Cokaren, a specialized brand committed to the development of components featuring refined product aesthetics, close-tolerance engineering, and premium durability. Cokaren operates on a simple, yet profound brand philosophy: "Keep flowing, keep warming."
By focusing on details like lead-free brass formulations, smart integration with underfloor heating systems, and user-centric designs, Cokaren has successfully transformed water systems. The goal is to provide a reliable, long-lasting performance that enhances comfort in domestic, commercial, and industrial facilities globally.
Guided by continuous optimization and strict adherence to international safety and quality standards.
Struggle, Enterprising, Pragmatic, and Innovative. We continuously align company expansion with personal employee development and technological advancement.
"Fine work, no leakage." 100% of our products undergo high-pressure hydraulic tests and low-pressure pneumatic tests to guarantee zero-defect field installation.
Yongda maintains three major systems: ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO14001:2015 (Environmental Stewardship), and ISO45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety).
An in-depth look at how lead-free regulations, smart building controls, and advanced alloy systems shape industrial procurement.
Industrial valve procurement has shifted focus toward material safety and environmental compliance. Historically, brass components utilized small amounts of lead (Pb) to improve machinability during the forging and turning processes. However, modern directives such as the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) in the United States, NSF/ANSI 61, and European Union RoHS regulations mandate lead levels in components wetted by drinking water to be less than 0.25% weighted average.
Yongda has proactively addressed these regulations. We utilize specialized lead-free alloys and dezincification-resistant (DZR) brass (such as CW602N, CW617N, C37700, and low-lead UNS C27450). These materials prevent the structural failure known as dezincification, where zinc selectively leaches out of brass in aggressive water conditions, leaving a porous, weakened copper shell that is highly prone to structural collapse and high-pressure blowouts.
Modern building services rely on zoning systems to maintain efficient heating and cooling distribution. The integration of Underfloor Heating Manifolds, water-mixing shunts, and automatic air-vent valves forms the core of smart hydronic management. This structure ensures that energy-dense fluid is delivered to individual zones only when a thermal actuator receives a signal from a room thermostat.
In this context, the role of the Isolation Ball Valve is critical. These valves provide bubble-tight shutoff during system maintenance, balancing adjustments, or component replacement. High-performance isolation valves must maintain low operating torque, have a blowout-proof stem design, and integrate double O-ring seals. This prevents thermal degradation from continuous exposure to high-temperature hydronic water (ranging from 35°C up to 95°C in residential boiler lines).
For industrial buyers, sourcing valves from OEM manufacturers requires clear product specifications. A standard RFQ (Request for Quote) typically calls out several parameters:
