Explore our highly-demanded HVAC controls, safety elements, and distribution manifolds engineered for European and North American standards.
Founded in 1996 and nestled inside Yuhuan, Zhejiang—famously recognized as the "China Valve Capital"—Yuhuan Yongda Fluid Control Co., Ltd. has established a legacy of engineering excellence. Over two decades, we have evolved from a specialized regional plumber's valve workshop into a multi-hectare industrial campus pioneering advanced fluid and HVAC solutions.
Our target remains simple yet robust: serving North America, Europe, and global industrial markets with high-grade, zero-leakage check valves, underfloor heating manifolds, brass components, and smart energy distribution structures.
An in-depth analysis of low-cost manufacturing, structural mechanics, material science, and safety certification metrics.
In global fire protection procurement, sourcing agents frequently query "cheap alarm check valve factories". However, the semantic intent behind "cheap" is not a search for substandard materials. Instead, engineers and buyers seek high-efficiency supply chains capable of delivering certified, heavy-duty check valves at minimized capital expenditures. A functional failure in an alarm check valve or a backflow prevention system can result in millions of dollars in property damage, or worse, loss of life. True cost-effectiveness is achieved through manufacturing innovation, raw material control, and design optimization.
At Yuhuan Yongda Fluid Control, our 80,000 square meters of usable area are optimized for hot forging, high-speed CNC precision turning, and computerized pressure testing. This allows us to reduce scrap rates to less than 0.1%, translating directly into a 15-25% unit cost reduction for our clients without compromising the physical density and tensile strength of the valve bodies.
An alarm check valve is a water flow alarm device designed for installation in a wet pipe fire sprinkler system. Mechanically, it functions as a one-way check valve that allows water to flow forward into the sprinkler piping network while preventing reverse flow (backflow). More importantly, when a sprinkler head is activated due to fire heat, the system pressure drops on the downstream side, lifting the valve clapper. This action exposes the alarm port, channeling water into the retard chamber and subsequently triggering the water motor gong or electrical pressure switches to alert emergency services.
Our research and development, spearheaded under our premium brand Cokaren, focuses on reducing frictional head loss inside the valve chamber. By modeling fluid dynamics with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software, our engineers optimize the seat ring angle and the hydraulic pathway of the clapper, assuring seamless activation even under fluctuating low-pressure municipal supplies.
Historically, large-scale alarm valves were predominantly cast from grey iron, which is highly susceptible to internal corrosion, scaling, and eventual mechanical seizure of the clapper pivot. Yuhuan Yongda bypasses these vulnerabilities by incorporating premium DZR (Dezincification Resistant) Brass and lead-free alloy structures for critical components such as the seat ring, bypass piping, and internal trim sets. Our geographical location in Yuhuan gives us immediate access to raw material testing hubs and high-grade copper mines, allowing us to maintain competitive material costs.
Modern commercial buildings demand integrated fluid networks where HVAC, space heating, and fire safety systems coexist or share hydronic loops. As an industry leader, Yuhuan Yongda does not only produce single-use valves. We design whole-system solutions. For instance, our F-shaped brass manifold valves, thermal actuators, and differential bypass systems ensure that the water pressure and temperature inside domestic energy distribution networks are constantly regulated.
Integrating high-efficiency alarm check valves with underfloor heating systems involves complex pressure balancing. A system must prevent pressure shocks (water hammer) caused by fast-closing zone valves or actuators from tripping false fire alarms. Our differential pressure bypass valves (such as the Y2010/Y6012 series) automatically redirect excess hydronic flow, maintaining system equilibrium and safeguarding sensitive mechanical components.

Trust in industrial engineering is built through structured certification. Yuhuan Yongda Fluid Control maintains strict adherence to international quality management guidelines:
Our quality control baseline is represented by our company motto: "Fine work, no leakage." Each check valve and manifold undergoes dual-phase pneumatic and hydrostatic testing at maximum rating pressures before leaving the loading bays.
Essential answers to the most common questions raised by HVAC engineers, fire protection installers, and commercial sourcing agents.
We achieve cost-efficiencies through complete vertical integration. Our 45,000㎡ industrial facility houses raw metal processing, automated hot forging, automated CNC precision tooling, and multi-stage testing rigs. By keeping all production steps in-house and utilizing Yuhuan's local industrial cluster for raw materials, we eliminate external logistical markups and keep material waste below 0.1%.
CE certification guarantees that the valve meets stringent European safety, health, and environmental protection requirements. For HVAC and fire safety installers, it is a legally required document for imports into the European Economic Area (EEA) and acts as an assurance of pressure-holding durability under high thermal loads.
Yes. With over 80 sets of specialized high-precision machine tools, we customize connections to match global piping specifications. Whether your system requires BSP (British Standard Pipe), NPT (National Pipe Thread), or compression fittings for PEX and PE pipes (such as ASTM F1807 standards), our design engineers can construct custom brass components to suit.
False alarms are often triggered by sudden municipal supply pressure surges. By installing our differential pressure bypass valve groups, downstream pressure spikes are safely diverted back to the return loop or low-pressure zones. This stabilizes the pressure against the clapper seat, preventing it from lifting during non-fire conditions.
In accordance with our "Fine work, no leakage" quality policy, every valve undergoes double testing: 100% pneumatic testing for air bubbles and hydrostatic testing to evaluate structural integrity under high pressure. These testing steps ensure that our products perform reliably in high-pressure and critical fire safety systems.
