Explore our core manufacturing line of industrial brass valves, actuators, and advanced pipe fittings designed for extreme durability and precise flow regulation.
In high-pressure, high-temperature, and hazardous material pipelines, system integrity and maintenance efficiency are paramount. Top-entry ball valves present a critical technological solution to inline piping maintenance challenges. Unlike side-entry or three-piece ball valves which require complete disassembly of the pipe joint to replace internal components, a top-entry design allows maintenance engineers to access the valve cavity directly from the top bonnet.
By removing the bonnet bolts, the entire internal assembly—including the ball, seats, stem, and spring preload structures—can be lifted out vertically. This minimizes downtime, reduces heavy-lifting machinery requirements, and decreases environmental exposure risks in critical industrial plants. Our engineered configurations utilize state-of-the-art metal-to-metal and soft seating architectures to ensure zero-leakage performance under volatile operational conditions.
Decoupling engineering parameters, metallurgical science, and modern structural safety standards.
The integral one-piece cast body eliminates body joints, significantly reducing potential fugitive emission pathways. The design complies with strict EPA regulations and fugitive emissions standards (ISO 15848-1), allowing swift seal, seat, and trim replacement without dismantling pipeline networks.
Utilizing premium lead-free brass, alloyed bronzes, and customized carbon steel or stainless steels. Each valve undergoes strictly monitored heating, hot forging, and machining phases to prevent intergranular corrosion and stress cracking under fluctuating thermal loads.
Equipped with double-block-and-bleed (DBB) design capabilities. Preloaded spring seats maintain a reliable pressure seal even under extremely low pressure differentials, while thermal-expansion relief mechanisms prevent cavity overpressurization.
Modern infrastructure requires robust fluid control systems that act as the backbone for HVAC networks, regional water distribution systems, petrochemical refineries, and green energy plants. Internationally, the transition toward high-efficiency HVAC networks has driven demand for smart, integrated, and zero-leakage control units. In Europe and North America, strict local building codes and resource-conservation mandates require heavy utilization of premium alloy and brass components with precise certifications.
Yongda Fluid Control addresses these macro requirements by delivering tailored OEM and ODM solutions. Our valves are designed for compatibility with complex automation and heating systems, ensuring smooth integration with electric actuators, safety devices, and electronic manifolds. By providing high-precision components that prevent flow turbulence and reduce pressure drops, we help partners lower carbon emissions and scale up systemic efficiency.
A legacy of quality fluid control engineering since 1996.
Yuhuan Yongda fluid control Co., Ltd. (formerly Yuhuan Yongda plumbing Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1996, and is located in "China valve capital" – Yuhuan, Zhejiang. As one of the professional plumbing valve enterprises, we focus heavily on product design, development, production, and global sales.
Our products are mainly divided into three primary categories: brass valves, fittings, and HVAC products. Strategically positioned for middle and high-grade requirements, our designs highlight the advantages of environmental protection, rendering them highly favored by consumers and industrial procurers in North America, Europe, and other global markets.
Cokaren, as a newly established brand of our company, is committed to developing products with a more refined appearance and better quality, providing perfect service to our customers. Our brand promise is simple: "keep flowing, keep warming". We hope our water system accessories bring comfort and reliability into homes and industrial spaces worldwide.
Cokaren is actively implementing its strategy to be a highly dynamic enterprise, with the aspiration for consistent growth to become a world-class fluid system brand. Through strict adherence to the company policy of "fine work, no leakage", Cokaren consistently delivers peak thermal performance and high flow security.

In fluid dynamics, maintaining zero seat leakage (API 598 Rate A) is critical. Under low-pressure conditions, a floating ball relies heavily on spring-loaded seats to maintain sealing force against the ball surface. Our design integrates heavy-duty helical or Belleville springs behind the seat rings. When system pressure increases, the fluid force pushes the ball firmly against the downstream seat, creating a dynamic tight seal. For HVAC water mixtures and mild industrial applications, soft seats made of PTFE, RPTFE, or Devlon are utilized. In higher temperature steam or abrasive media loops, metal-to-metal seating with Tungsten Carbide (TC) or Chrome Carbide (CC) coatings is applied to prevent erosion.
Liquid trapped in the cavity of a closed ball valve can experience rapid pressure expansion due to external temperature increases. If unvented, this pressure can damage the seats or cause body failure. Top-entry ball valves address this issue through self-relieving seats (single piston effect) or by integrating dedicated relief valves. When the cavity pressure exceeds a set percentage of the pipeline pressure, the seat is pushed away from the ball, allowing excess pressure to bleed back into the line.
Porosity and structural weakness are common failures in low-grade cast valves. Yongda's forging process applies compressive forces to the hot brass or alloy matrix, refining the grain structure. This results in superior mechanical strength and structural integrity, preventing fracturing under thermal expansion or water hammer impacts.

Answering critical queries regarding valve parameters, sizing, customized quotes, and installation.
Top-entry ball valves are preferred in applications where high maintenance costs or pipeline layout limits make removing the entire valve impractical. In-line serviceability means internal parts (stem, seats, ball) can be replaced quickly by removing the bonnet flange, reducing maintenance time from hours to minutes.
We use spectral analysis on every batch of brass and copper alloys to verify chemical composition, including copper, zinc, and lead levels. This ensures our components comply with global regulatory standards like RoHS, REACH, and drinking water certifications (such as NSF/ANSI 61).
Provide the nominal pipe size (NPS), pressure class rating (PN/ANSI), body and trim metallurgy (brass, bronze, stainless steel), media description, temperature range, and end connection types (threaded, flanged, compression). Our design engineers can then formulate accurate 2D/3D schematics and competitive price lists.
Yes, our actuators, mixing systems, and manifolds are fully compatible with modern smart building management systems (BMS). Using modulating electric actuators (24V/220V) and thermostats like the Y9031, users can balance system pressures and control thermal energy outputs.
Engineered to support global commercial and residential water systems with high efficiency.
